- Please check that you have inputted the code correctly. Sometimes the number "0" and letter "O", "1" and "I", and "S" and "5" can look similar.

Depending on your NOON headset, the location of your
activation code may vary:
- NOON VR : On the back cover of the manual
- NOON VR+ : On the right side of the headset
- NOON VR PRO : On the bottom of the headset - Restrictions may apply during product registration in countries/regions where the product is not permitted to be sold.
- Please email us with an attached image of your activation code.

- You can use the focus adjustment dial in the top-center of the headset to match your vision. Focus is adjustable from -6.2 to +4.0 diopter. Interpupillary distance is not adjustable.
- If the height adjustment risers are set incorrectly videos may appear to be out of focus. This may be caused by a phone case. Please ensure your phone is level and the center of the phone screen is placed between the headset lenses for the best viewing experience.
